History
In 2012, TECCDC turned a vacant supermarket at 48th and Spruce Street into the Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises (CCE). Named after Dorrance "Dodo" Hamilton, the Campbell's Soup heiress and Philadelphia philanthropist who backed local education, arts, and community groups, the center offers shared kitchen space and business help for local food entrepreneurs.
